Meet Dr. Chris Payne

Danville Dental Associates offers a unique opportunity for patients of the practice. Dr. Chris Payne is a general dentist in the Danville Dental group who also practices orthodontics. Early in his work, Dr. Payne was influenced by a particular patient who needed orthodontic work, but was unable to afford it. He made it a mission to increase access to quality orthodontic care at an affordable fee for his patients. In order to provide this level of orthodontic care, Dr. Payne advanced his training after dental school with over 1,800 hours of continuing education in his first 10 years of practice. For this dedication to lifelong learning, Dr. Chris Payne was the first dentist in Danville, VA to be awarded a Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry.

Affordable Services

Our goal is to make orthodontic care affordable. We encourage participation in the Danville Dental Discount Card program, which offers savings of up to 20% on all dental services, including orthodontics. A treatment plan estimated at $4,500 would cost $3,600 with the discount card.

Besides the Danville Dental Discount Card, our financial managers can discuss additional options for payment, including third party financing and other payment plans. They can also file claims for most insurance carriers and request a pre-treatment estimate of cost for the patient.
